Job Description Handling the Execution &finishing works like electrical works for high rise buildings, capable to supervise execution work, should be well versed with all technical codes and specifications . Must have experience of Residential / Mixed use / Township projects. for timely handover of the project including planning, quality, safety and budget monitoring in line of company requirement. Coordination with Design & Contracts/ Procurement team in finalizing requirements and specifications Well versed with the latest trends in construction of High rise Residential/ Commercial and retail buildings. Well versed with all aspects of Electricals internal & external electrical project . Managing the team for internal /external electrification works in high rise buildings / Villas & Plotted residential colony . Providing timely inputs in Design/BOQ/Drawings etc. Coordinating with Business Development team, Civil team, Contractors, Vendors, Suppliers, BASECOM . Completion of Projects within approved Budget.
