What you would be doing :
Creating web applications which are scalable and
fast. Working on new technologies. Creating objects
and classes. Deploying applications you've built on
production servers. Understanding and developing
application architecture. Fixing bugs (You see, as
awesome as we might be, we're still human).
Making things modular. Contributing to open-
source projects. Blogging about what you've
learned. Making things you would be proud of.
What we don't really care about :
Previous employers, Schooling, Degrees, Acronyms
in your CV, Gender, Religion, Age, Communication
skills (as long as you can communicate with us
over IM in a language we understand) and some
other things our lawyers recommended we put in.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU :

In depth knowledge of at least one web based
framework/language: Javascript, Ruby on
Rails, .NET MVC, CakePHP, Django, Sinatra etc.
Bonus points if you like working with nightly builds.

We argue for hours over editors, frameworks,
documentation styles and format specifications.
Don't bother to apply if you don't have at least one
story to tell us about nerdery.
# Taste
You're expected to be able to differentiate between
what is good and bad. You should write elegant
code. You'll be fired if you don't indent your code
properly. We are serious. Good code is poetry.
# Exposure
It is OK if you haven't dabbled in the latest MV* JS
framework out there or non-relational databases
but it is kinda important that you know what these
things are.
