Job Description:
esponsible to lead, oversee and perform daily
production related activities within Trust Operations
specifically-Mandatory Corporate Actions and/or Trust
Control & Recon(working manager position);
Provides management level reporting including service
quality, volume tracking, and/or staff performance;
Leads and/or participates in production improvement
efforts;
Address compliance and corporate governance issues
for the department;
Ensure staff is fully engaged and work executed/
completed within established deadlines.
Provide operational support for internal business groups
and/or other departments;
Answering inquiries and resolving routine/escalated
problems identified by staff and/or other departments;
Identifying and reporting more complex problems to
management.
Have indirect/direct interaction with customers, clients
or vendors.
Responsible for supervising and developing/grooming
staff to take on new roles and responsibilities
Excellent communication skills-Ability to communicate
in both written and spoken English
Ability to train and coach staff, conduct periodic
performance evaluations/appraisals
